Job description
For one of our clients in retail, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HRIS team on a temporary basis. This is a critical role to ensure continuity and support during maternity leave. The ideal candidate is available to start as soon as possible and brings deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central (EC), Onboarding 2.0, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on consultant, working closely with project managers and functional experts to optimize HR processes and implement digital solutions across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, international environment., * Consult, configure, and implement HRIS solutions to optimize business processes.
- Translate business requirements into system solutions and ensure seamless integration.
- Lead and support HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance across countries.
- Monitor system performance, conduct integration tests, and troubleshoot issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, project managers, and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Senior-level SuccessFactors experience (focus on EC, Onboarding 2.0, ECP) - minimum 5 years.
- Strong background in SAP HR tech environments and multi-country HR processes.
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in international organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
