3rd line support engineer

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Attention to detail, persistence, client care and a strong communication style.

Experience in MS Office technology, particularly M365 implementation and support, Windows Server design and implementation, Active Directory, Cloud, particularly Azure, Firewalls, networking, storage, and Virtualisation tech such as Hyper-V/VMware.

Some notes,

This role will be working with clients in Worcestershire and Herefordshire; therefore, the ability to travel to clients in this location as well as our HQ in Stourport is essential.

Ideally, you will have a UK driving licence, You will have previous experience of working in a similar role with;

Technical Skills Required

Ability to produce clear and concise documentation

Microsoft Windows Server technology design and implementation

Good knowledge of Active Directory design and implementation

Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)

Understanding of security solutions, such as the implementation of Nextgen Firewalls

Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare). Also Server, Storage.

Good knowledge of Networking (switches (incl VLAN), Firewalls)
