Job description

We are seeking a versatile Salesforce Developer/Admin to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is open to candidates across all experience levels-from early-career Salesforce professionals eager to grow, to senior experts capable of leading CRM strategy, development, and system optimisation., * Manage, configure, and customise Salesforce environments based on business requirements.

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and design scalable solutions.
  • Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Build and optimise flows, automations, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications and data sources as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular system audits.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Familiarity with Salesforce fundamentals, declarative tools, and CRM concepts.

  • Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and LWC (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in both admin and development responsibilities.
  • Proven hands-on experience administering and/or developing within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
  • Strong understanding of security model, data modelling, and automation tools.
  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Ability to manage enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and mentoring junior team members.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, and administration.
  • Experience leading CRM strategy, technical design, and enterprise-level implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, CI/CD (Salesforce DevOps), and data management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive best practices across teams.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, Application Architect).
  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience/Community, Marketing).
  • Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
  • Understanding of DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset).
  • Familiarity with security best practices and data governance.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding in Salesforce.
  • Background in business analysis or consulting (a plus).

Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
