Job description
You will be joining an organisation heavily investing in Workday, soon to go live at the end of Q1 / Start of Q2 next year. This role is perfect for an individual who is looking to make an impact and own the long-term roadmap, people and product investment and direction of Workday within the business., * Taking charge of the strategic direction for the Workday HCM Product suite, with full roadmap management responsibilities.
- Ensuring alignment with the long-term business strategy including wider enterprise architecture.
- Acting as the product champion for the business, ensuring adoption and continual improvement plans are in place covering release management, governance and platform optimisation.
- Taking ownership of the overall Workday architecture across multiple modules.
- Managing solution architecture across the business.
- Working closely with 3rd-party SI partners and AMS providers to ensure services and solutions are fit for purpose.
- Taking ownership of product updates, tenant services, feature deployments and technical issue resolution.
- Working closely with key business areas across HR and IT to provide guidance and transfer product knowledge in line with the long-term company strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a Workday HRIS Lead, Product Manager or Platform Manager, ideally having led one enterprise-level Workday implementation from go-live to production and beyond.
- Extensive experience and deep knowledge of Workday systems architecture within the HCM Product suite.
- Proven experience managing SI partner relationships.
- Excellent communication capabilities at all levels with strong stakeholder and people-management skills.
- Ideally experience working in large, multi-layered organisations with high complexity.
