Job description
- Provide 1st line support via phone and ticketing system.
- Log, classify and prioritise incidents in line with SLAs.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage tickets through their lifecycle, escalating when required.
- Liaise with third parties and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow ITIL-based processes.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in IT support.
- Experience in a service desk role using an ITIL framework.
- Microsoft 365 support (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2022.
- Windows 10/11 OS and Active Directory support.
- Support for Microsoft Office Suite, laptops/desktops, and Apple devices.
- Experience with backup technologies such as DATTO or Acronis.
Preferred:
- MSP background.
- Certifications: Any Cisco, Apple, Microsoft.
- Linux support and server infrastructure knowledge.
