Data Architecture & Ops Systems o Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs. o Implement access, permission, and governance systems. o Structure workflows that grow with the team. 4. Workflow Optimization & Reliability o Debug, refactor, and optimise existing automations. o Build fail-safes, alerts, and monitoring. o Continuously evolve workflows to meet changing needs. 5. AI + Chat System Implementation o Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and assistants. o Connect chat interfaces to internal APIs and tools. o Support teams in building task-specific AI agents. 6. Documentation & Team Enablement o Document everything thoroughly. o Train and support internal users. o Anticipate edge cases, prevent misuse, design with UX in mind. Toolkit & Stack

Must Have Qualifications * Shipped production-grade automation systems across teams. * Fluent with APIs, HTTP requests, authentication methods. * Comfortable self-hosting tools, deploying and maintaining them. * Implemented chatbot systems or assistants connected to internal tools. * Love simplifying complex systems and scaling your own work. * Rigorous builder who thinks about edge cases, uptime, and error logs. * Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical teams and documenting. * Autonomy, problem-solving, always push to make things cleaner, faster, smarter.
