Implement smart AI agents to handle repetitive ops. * Architect processes so clean, they feel invisible. Do you do this? Then you may be the magician we've been looking for. * I. Design and Build Scalable Automations o Create powerful, scalable workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts. o Handle multi-step logic, error handling, conditions & retries. o Own the entire lifecycle: identify, build, deploy, maintain. * II. API Integration & Custom App Hosting o Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth. o Self-host tools when needed. o Build microservices to bridge gaps between no-code & custom dev. * III. Data Architecture & Ops Systems o Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs. o Implement access, permission, and governance systems. o Structure workflows that grow with the team. * IV. Workflow Optimization & Reliability o Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations. o Build fail-safes, alerts, and monitoring. o Continuously evolve workflows to meet changing needs. * V. AI + Chat System Implementation o Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and assistants. o Connect chat interfaces to internal APIs and tools. o Support teams in building task-specific AI agents. * VI. Documentation & Team Enablement o Document everything comprehensively. o Train and support internal users. o Anticipate edge cases, prevent misuse, and design with UX in mind. ToolKit & Stack * Automation / Ops: n8n (self-hosted), Make.com, Zapier, Python or JS scripts. * Data & Workflow: Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Supabase, PostgreSQL. * Communication: Webhooks, REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JSON, Regex. * Infra / Hosting: Docker, Cloud Run, Firebase, Railway, Vercel, Render. * AI & Assistants: OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate). Must Have * You've shipped production-grade automation systems across teams. * You're fluent with APIs, HTTP requests, and authentication methods. * You're comfortable self-hosting tools, deploying them, and maintaining them. * You've implemented chatbot systems or assistants connected to internal tools. * You love simplifying complex systems for others and scaling your own work. * You're a rigorous builder who thinks about edge cases, uptime, and error logs. * You enjoy working cross-functionally with non-technical teams and bringing clarity through documentation. * You thrive on autonomy, problem-solving, and always push to make things cleaner, faster, smarter.
