AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer - French fluent

As an AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer, you will convert complex business needs into scalable, automated systems, building and scaling workflows using automation tools, APIs, AI agents, and data architecture to improve operations. Key Responsibilities

• Create powerful scalable workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts.
• Handle multi-step logic, error handling, conditions & retries.
• Own lifecycle: identify, build, deploy, maintain.
• Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth.
• Self-host tools when needed (e.g., internal dashboards).
• Build microservices to bridge gaps between no-code and custom dev.
• Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs.
• Implement access, permission, governance systems.
• Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations.
• Build fail-safes, alerts, and monitoring.
• Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and assistants; connect chat interfaces to APIs.
• Document everything, train internal users, anticipate edge cases, design with UX in mind.

• Proven experience shipping production-grade automation systems across teams.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, HTTP requests, and authentication methods.
• Comfortable with self-hosting tools, deploying and maintaining them.
• Experience implementing chatbot systems or assistants connected to internal tools.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and scale them.
• Rigorous builder mindset: think about edge cases, uptime, error logs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with non-technical teams and clear documentation.
