Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Lead who is collaborative, innovative, and data-driven to join us in our I2I PI Regional Hub team, based in our HQ, Belgium. About the roleYou will accelerate the rollout and adoption of centralized reporting and AI-driven insights across Intercontinental markets. Your leadership will empower local teams to generate actionable business insights, drive operational excellence, and ensure the success of product launches. Who you'll work withYou will be working in a diverse, international team that collaborates closely with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Digital Technology colleagues. You will build strong relationships with local markets and act as a bridge between local needs and regional strategy. What you'll doLead the rollout and sustained adoption of centralized reporting and AI solutions.Assess local reporting needs and align solutions with business objectivesBuild strong partnerships with local and regional teamsDrive change management, training, and communication initiativesCollect and prioritize use cases for AI and automated insightsIntegrate AI into dashboards and decision processes by piloting & scaling key use cases aligned with EU and global strategy.Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership Interested?
