Salesforce Consultant - Sales & Service Cloud

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions.\r\n
• Design tailored CRM solutions in line with best practices.\r\n
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.\r\n
• Support system testing, training, and change management to ensure adoption.\r\n
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize Salesforce.\r\n

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud.\r\n
• Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and process optimization.\r\n
• Experience in agile project environments (consultancy background a plus).\r\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\r\n
• Fluent in English (mandatory); advanced German skills are a plus.\r\n
