Graduate IT Support/ Consultant

CRM Dynamics Ltd is looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as a Support & Consultancy Consultant. You'll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting customers, helping deliver projects, and developing real technical and consulting skills.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues
• Assist with building and configuring Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Support consultants in delivering customer projects
• Learn how modern business systems are implemented and supported

Training & Progression

• Full onboarding and technical training
• Mentoring from experienced consultants
• Support towards Microsoft certifications.
• Clear progression into consulting, technical specialist, or support engineer roles

• Recent graduate with an interest in technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
