We are a small Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting businesses across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or career starter who wants to launch their career in IT. You'll gain exposure to real-world tech challenges, working directly with clients. Every day is a learning day!, * Provide remote and onsite IT support to customers.

• Respond to support queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support servers and assist with administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot devices such as Teams Rooms, docks, and printers.
• Walk the floor to engage with users and identify IT needs.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or external vendors.
• Contribute to IT projects and implementations.
• Follow up with users to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
