- Provide application support in SAP HCM, focusing on payroll, personnel administration, and time management modules\r\n
- Prepare and implement system patches at mid-year and year-end, along with ongoing system maintenance and customisation\r\n
- Manage HCM interfaces with other SAP modules (e.g.\n\nFI) and third-party HR systems (e.g.\n\ndormakaba)\r\n
- Take an active role in transformation projects, such as migrating from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA and transitioning to a central HCM suite (e.g.\n\nSuccessFactors)\r\n
Requirements

- Min.\n\n4 Years of Experience in SAP\r\n
- Strong knowledge of HR cloud systems, including implementation and administration\r\n
- Project experience in the HR domain or relevant qualifications\r\n
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes, user experience design, and IT landscapes\r\n
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with both an independent and team-oriented approach to work\r\n
- Proficiency in both German and English\r\n
