What You'll Do

• Be the go-to expert for IT support, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage hardware setups, asset tracking, and inventory control.
• Keep systems secure by reviewing patch management and anti-virus processes.
• Monitor ISO27001 security tasks, backups, alerts, and logs.
• Create user-friendly training materials and e-learning content.
• Test new systems and drive automation to improve efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

• A degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or IT with 2+ years' experience OR an IT qualification with 4+ years' experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including SQL query capability.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Azure.
• Ability to work onsite full-time, with a full UK driving licence and own transport.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
