What You'll Do
- Be the go-to expert for IT support, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage hardware setups, asset tracking, and inventory control.
- Keep systems secure by reviewing patch management and anti-virus processes.
- Monitor ISO27001 security tasks, backups, alerts, and logs.
- Create user-friendly training materials and e-learning content.
- Test new systems and drive automation to improve efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed
- A degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or IT with 2+ years' experience OR an IT qualification with 4+ years' experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including SQL query capability.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Azure.
- Ability to work onsite full-time, with a full UK driving licence and own transport.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
