Job description
The RoleThe organisation is seeking a skilled Second Line Engineer to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining service excellence and supporting a wide range of technologies.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Proficiency in ticket management tools for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Exchange administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with VMware virtualisation technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Qualifications:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Azure) are desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in a second-line support role within an MSP environment.
