Job description
It is a deeply strategic and consultative role that would suit a candidate looking for a role to offer the depth and breadth of challenge that this opportunity has., * Understanding the client's long-term business objectives to create, deliver and manage an IT strategy for that business or organisation, with timescales and milestones that can be measured.
- Working alongside colleagues at Mirus to ensure we deliver a unified service to the client
- Building relationships within key stakeholders within the client (Directors, Senior Management, Decision-makers) to ensure Mirus is assisting with adding value to the relationship.
- Working with clients to develop appropriate IT policies and procedures which are specific to their organisation and align to any compliance requirements the organisation has.
- Assist Mirus to identify further sales opportunities within that client (additional services, projects, telephony, print, additional strategy consultancy)
- Working with the client to ensure adoption of technology and new solutions implemented.
- Create, update, and manage an IT Risk Log for the client to identify all areas of risk and work to identify possible approaches to reduce or mitigate that risk.
- Where required, produce regular reporting for the clients which is appropriate to the type of engagement Mirus has with the client.
- Work alongside the internal IT team to provide project assistance where required.
Requirements
The right candidate for this role will have:
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with both teams and individuals at all levels
- Ability to analyse, specify and scope client solutions
- Ability to deal with changing scenarios and manage client's expectations
- Expert knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Operating Systems
- Expert knowledge of Networking technologies
- Proven experience of planning project timelines
- Knowledge of risk management
- Expert Knowledge of M365 products/licensing
- Experience of working with Copilot/AI
Benefits & conditions
The budgeted salary for this role is between £60,000 and £75,000 a year , depending on experience.
