Job description

As a Local CRM Expert / Coordinator, you will implement and coordinate CRM initiatives for the local market to strengthen loyalty and reduce churn. You will work closely with central and local teams to ensure consistent CRM strategies, adapt campaigns, and integrate new channels. You will also collaborate with the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and work in partnership with media and CRO teams to ensure omnichannel follow-up of the CRM strategy in alignment with the omnichannel strategist. Responsibilities

  • Define and validate audiences, campaign types, and segmentations aligned with the global strategy.
  • Ensure proper application of CRM and marketing automation guidelines.
  • Adapt and deploy multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Prepare briefs for creative and technical teams (content, integration, routing).
  • Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Integrate local offers and commercial actions into CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align priorities.
  • Contribute to channel expansion: call center activation, WhatsApp, and existing channels.
  • Track campaign performance (KPIs: open rate, click rate, conversion, unsubscribe).
  • Produce regular reports (monthly, quarterly) with optimization recommendations.
  • Work with the CDP to leverage data for personalization and targeting.
  • Coordinate with media and CRO teams to ensure omnichannel consistency in partnership with the omnichannel strategist.

Requirements

Technical & Marketing Skills

  • Proven CRM experience (agency or client-side).
  • Good knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
  • Strong data culture: segmentation, triggers, relational KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze campaigns and interpret reports.

Behavioral Skills

  • Excellent coordination across multiple stakeholders (local, central, partners).
  • Rigor, organization, autonomy.
  • Collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in agile project mode.

Education

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, or digital.
  • Specialization in CRM / relationship marketing is a plus.
