We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing both local and central CRM campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including data analysts, creative teams, and external agencies, to optimize customer activation strategies and enhance campaign performance.
With a strong understanding of the automotive sector, you will oversee campaign planning, execution, and analysis while ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to brand-specific requirements. Responsibilities
How you'd spend your day:
- Implementing the local and central CRM campaigns.
- Participating in defining local strategies and segmentations for activationBeing the guarantor of the local campaigns for the country: campaign's brief / customer journey improvement / planning / production costs / creative iterations / HTML inputs with the Hub / help with the performance reports
- Working Data Analysts to extract insights
- Coordinating with the creative team, the hub and the advertising agency
- Ensuring the technical feasibility
- Relies on its business expertise as well as its good knowledge of the automotive sector, model ranges and services of the Brands and their specificities
- Coordinates adaptation of central campaigns (local tone of voice, specific versions)
- CRM strategies and segmentations, aligned with CRM Lead.
- Coordination with central Teams, feedback of best practices, validation of local campaigns.
- Data and performance insights
Requirements
- Ideally over 4 years of experience working as a CRM project manager within international projects.
- Strong level of English, C1, that will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team.
- Previous experience working within the automotive industry.
- Experience in customer journey definition, segmentations and technical planification of Campaigns.
- Experience in Salesforce (with planification and definition of Campaigns role)
