Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and convert them into clear, insightful visualizations.
  • Perform data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and produce actionable insights.
  • Prepare, clean, and transform datasets from multiple data sources (SQL databases, API exports, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau data extracts, data models, and data flows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all BI deliverables.
  • Document solutions, data definitions, and dashboard usage guidelines.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.

  • Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, and transforming data.
  • Ability to build clear, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards.
  • Understanding of data modelling, data relationships, and data preparation.
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic statistical/analytical methods.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of best practices for BI development and dashboard optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork

Pay: £45,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
