Job description
We are looking for an ETL Developer to join our data engineering and analytics team. This is a fully remote, permanent role open to candidates across the UK, ranging from recent graduates to experienced ETL professionals. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines that support business intelligence, analytics, and data integration initiatives., * Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data across various systems.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Optimise data integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement data quality checks and validation rules within ETL processes.
- Analyse and troubleshoot issues across data pipelines and resolve data-related defects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
- Assist in data modelling and support data warehouse/BI initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Strong knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets and debug ETL pipelines.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with cloud-based ETL services and data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom(Valid Visa)
