Job description

The European Tour group is seeking a 1st and 2nd Line I.T Support Analyst to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a global organisation of over 320 staff members. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team delivering exceptional technical support and driving IT projects that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to person for IT support requests, solving problems and making people's day easier.
  • Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and escalate when needed.
  • Help shape IT standards and create clear, helpful documentation.
  • Manage our Zendesk ticketing system and keep service levels on track.
  • Administer users and resources across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Support exciting technical projects across the organisation.
  • Keep laptops and mobile devices secure and compliant.
  • Provide hardware and software support for office and remote users.

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, * A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving.

  • Great communication skills - you'll be helping people every day.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to adapt when things get busy.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Technical know-how (don't worry if you're still learning):

  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments (O365, Azure).
  • Understanding of Windows and iOS devices.
  • Networking basics and Wi-Fi knowledge (bonus points).
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk or Zoom is a plus.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
