Seven Resourcing is seeking a skilled Population Health Management Analyst to support the development and delivery of intelligence-led approaches that improve health outcomes, reduce inequalities, and strengthen local health and care planning. This role provides dedicated analytical capacity within public health and adult social care, working closely with NHS partners at place level.
You will bridge public health intelligence and NHS data-driven service planning, supporting segmentation, forecasting, prevention, and service redesign. This role is ideal for an analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for system leaders., * Deliver analytical projects including segmentation, risk stratification, equity audits, and forecasting
- Translate public health and JSNA intelligence into actionable PHM approaches
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting pipelines to support decision-making
- Provide specialist analytical, epidemiological, and statistical advice to public health and ICB partners
- Contribute insight to ongoing workstreams such as frailty and long-term conditions
- Support the system's readiness for future integrated health and care datasets
- Ensure strong data governance, confidentiality, and compliance across council and NHS systems
- Build analytical maturity across the system and promote PHM capability development
- Present complex data clearly to senior leaders, service managers, and non-technical audiences
- Work collaboratively across local government, NHS partners, and the voluntary sector
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong knowledge of public health intelligence and analytical methods
- Experience working with record-level clinical datasets, ideally including primary care data
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R or Python
- Understanding of PHM approaches such as segmentation, impactability modelling, and equity audits
- Ability to design dashboards and reporting tools for operational and strategic use
- Experience working with sensitive data, IG standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight
- Ability to work independently across organisational boundaries and manage competing priorities, * public health intelligence, analysis or similar: 2 years (required)
