The Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically capable IT Service Desk Analyst to join our busy support team. You will deliver remote and onsite technical assistance across a wide range of client environments, working on a fast-paced service desk with exposure to varied infrastructures and technologies.

You'll also have opportunities to work alongside senior engineers on installations, upgrades and projects, supported by ongoing training to enhance your technical skillset.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A solid understanding of server and network fundamentals
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues
  • Previous MSP or multi-site support experience (advantageous)
  • Experience supporting schools or education clients is beneficial but not required

Key Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments
  • Active Directory (user management, Group Policy, software/printer deployment)
  • Device deployment, configuration and support
  • Hardware fault finding and resolution (servers, laptops, desktops, printers)
  • Experience with A/V technologies (touchscreens, projectors, interactive panels)
  • Network support, management, diagnostics and auditing, * 1st line - Ad - Active Directory - GPO - Group policy - O365 - Office 365 - exchange - VMWare - Hyper V - Project Support - Infrastructure
