Information Analyst (Dutch Fluent - Den Hoorn)

A leading organisation in the healthcare and logistics domain is strengthening its digital landscape and is looking for an Information Analyst to help improve business processes and data flows across key operational systems.

This role suits a medior professional who wants to take a step up, more ownership, broader responsibility, and direct impact on how the organisation manages products, stock, orders, and logistics data.

Requirements

What You Will Do

• Analyse and map business processes, especially in logistics, stock handling, ordering flows and product administration.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for IT teams.
• Safeguard data clarity, accuracy and consistency across systems and integrations.
• Prepare functional designs, data models, use cases and documentation for ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Help shape a more integrated, future-proof information architecture.

• 3+ years of experience as Information Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar.
• Fluent in Dutch (HARD REQUIREMENT)
• Ability to structure complex business requirements into clear system documentation.
• Understanding of data flows and preferably logistics-related processes.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both business and IT.

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience with ERP systems (logistics, stock, order processes).
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or data modelling.

Salary & Conditions

• Up to €5.000 gross per month, based on 40 hours.
• Full-time position.
• Hybrid work structure.
