At Cygnific, we are looking for an ICT Support Officer who is driven by collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement. You'll be part of our ICT Support team, ensuring the continuity of our IT & Telecom landscape, where people matter, and your impact is real., As ICT Support Officer, you ensure the smooth daily operation of our IT and Telecom systems. You provide first- and second-line support to our colleagues, troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, and contribute to the stability and performance of our infrastructure. You also play an active role in ICT projects, ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery to operational support., * Ensure continuity and integrity of ICT operations in line with agreed SLAs;
- Keep technical documentation up to date;
- Support Junior ICT Support Officers in their daily work.
Incident handling
- Deliver effective and efficient ICT support to end users;
- Manage calls, follow through on incidents, and resolve issues promptly.
Projects
- Participate in ICT projects and act as a proactive project team member;
- Support a smooth operational transition after project completion.
Continuous improvement
- Identify issues in processes or procedures and take action;
- Propose improvements to enhance ICT quality, efficiency, and user experience.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Are you an ICT professional who gets energy from solving technical challenges, supporting colleagues, and keeping IT operations running smoothly? - At least 1.5 years of experience as a 1st line ICT specialist;
- Affinity with working in a commercial, service-oriented ICT environment;
- Broad interest and general knowledge of ICT;
- Strong knowledge and experience with:
- Windows NT network & Windows 2000 professional workstation
- Troubleshooting Nortel Meridian / Symposium Telecom technology
Great communication, social, planning, and administrative skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)., * Teamwork - You enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals;

Benefits & conditions

A salary range between €3200-3800 EUR gross per month based on 40 hours per week;

A one-year contract with the prospect of a long-term collaboration;

25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract;

Hybrid working;

A travel allowance of €0.19 per km. (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs with an NS Business Card (for commuting and business trips). Private travel with the Business Card is permitted, but the costs are automatically deducted from your salary.

A work from home allowance of €2.40 per day;

A holiday allowance, a festive end-of-year bonus, a good pension plan, bicycle plan, and a discount on KLM flight tickets through a so-called IPB (if place available) scheme, after one year of employment;

Working from abroad (Max. 3 times a year for 4 weeks, completion of your training/trial period). Please note: specific rules apply.
