  • Opening customer supplied files in software such as Adobe photshop, Adobe Illustrator and checking to see if the customer has lined up the repeat correctly, and the file is suitable for printing on our machinery.
  • Emailing and phone calls with customers to explain what is required from the artwork, and guide them if there is any confusion
  • Once files are set up, ripping the files to the print machine ready for the print department to produce the order
  • Sometimes, you would be required to have a knowledge on how to set up the customer supplied files for print for the textile side of the business
  • Be involved in daily production meetings and be involved with a wider team to ensure that the production process is running as smoothly as possible
  • Stay up-to-date with the production of orders, and follow a queue of processing the orders as quickly and as precisely as you possibly can

Requirements

Do you have experience in Graphic design?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Experience in Adobe software, mainly Photoshop and Illustrator (Training will be provided)

  • Experience in setting up files for murals and wallpaper would be highly beneficial

  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
