The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke.

The successful candidate will:
- Implement and oversee effective and efficient management of information,
in order to demonstrate adherence to company requirements, project standards & client Works Information across the Business Unit (BU);
- Be accountable for compliance with BS1192 (British Industry Standard for information management) & ISO 19650 (International Standard for information management across a project's life cycle using BIM -Building Information Modelling), across the BU;
- Be accountable for Data assurance of used, produced, issued and incoming information in order to verify accuracy and quality of information;
- Implement and oversee the Projects' delivery plans (including TIDP, IDP, MPDT), including monitoring of Project & Supply Chain compliance. across the BU;
- Ensure compliance with the Information Management (IM) Plans and other related plans and processes that outline Project standards for the production, storage and management of information;
- Hold overall responsibility for the governance and n dir="ltr">oversight of IM processes across projects, including creation and update of processes where required across the BU;
- Be responsible for delivering work activities, as well as assigning work activities, that involve research and investigation within IM;
- Monitor the BU's engagement with the IM function, recommending improvements and efficiencies where required, and implementing methods to quantifiably measure improvements as a consequence of adherence to IM processes;
- Set standards for the production, storage and management of information across projects (including delivery and receipt) across the BU;
- Create Monthly Reports showing progression of projects, as required;
- Lead the creation and implementation of the BU's Information Management
Strategy;
- Have governance and oversight of IM across the BU, to ensure processes and
procedures are adhered to;
- Lead the BU document control function and support the professional development of its members.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong Knowledge and experience of working to UK and international standards and Codes of Practice within the remit of information management;
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO19650 standards;
- Strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its
importance to engineering infrastructure;
- Experience of working with process workflows, and an understanding of their significance, within the lifecycle of projects;
- Understanding of workflows, relational databases (Oracle and SQL) and other data analytics services;
- Experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes;
- Relevant degree or equivalent - Information/Data/Software development
from a reputable institute;
- Electronic Document Management System certification / Certification in any
prime infrastructure engineering project collaboration software;
- Awareness of contractual requirements on a construction project;
- Successful record of working within information management on a major
Civil Engineering project, and an understanding of its importance;
- Strong understanding, and capability, of using Electronic Information Systems and associated workflows;
- Strong knowledge of computer aided engineering tools and methodology, management and configuration of CDE and associated information management platforms - both for graphical and non-graphical information;
- Strong knowledge or experience of PowerBI.
