Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Systems Officer to support BUSY UK's performance and reporting systems across multiple programmes. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who is confident in Excel, willing to learn CRM administration and motivated by helping colleagues use data well.
You will help maintain dashboards, improve data processes, run quality checks and support staff who use our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality & Reporting

Maintain accurate datasets across BUSY UK programmes.

Support monthly reporting and performance summaries.

Run data quality checks and follow up with programmes.

Support Power BI dashboard updates.
- CRM & Systems Support

Help maintain CRM/case management systems.

Update forms, fields and workflows.

Provide first-line support to staff.
- Process Improvement & Automation

Help streamline manual trackers.

Document processes and guides.

Suggest improvements to accuracy and workflow.
- Training & Team Support

Support training sessions.

Prepare guidance materials (FAQs, walkthroughs).

Promote confident data use.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning).
