Requesting compliance certificates from third parties, reviewing and scheduling where needed Planning in the work for the operatives Imputing data onto the database and on to spreadsheets Supporting the building safety team with admin
Requirements
Strong administrator skills including Excel and Word Background in repairs, compliance or maintenance Social housing experience Experience with planning and scheduling work and actions

Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Birmingham who are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their team on an interim basis.
