Job description

Role: IT Support Engineer, * Manage IT incidents and service requests, both desk-site and between multiple remote sites

  • Carry out installation, support and maintain various client sites as directed.
  • Advise and liaise with clients of various levels of IT literacy.
  • Work within a strong customer service environment with strict service level agreements (SLAs) for a company who operates a continuous improvement policy
  • Undertake project work involving hardware and software installation, upgrades, and technical administration for core systems
  • Pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provided by the company.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Great customer services skills

  • Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Office application knowledge
  • Active Directory
  • Advanced knowledge of servicing AV/IT equipment.
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with a variety of IT equipment
  • A full UK driving license (minimum 1 year), * Active Directory
