Job description
Role: IT Support Engineer, * Manage IT incidents and service requests, both desk-site and between multiple remote sites
- Carry out installation, support and maintain various client sites as directed.
- Advise and liaise with clients of various levels of IT literacy.
- Work within a strong customer service environment with strict service level agreements (SLAs) for a company who operates a continuous improvement policy
- Undertake project work involving hardware and software installation, upgrades, and technical administration for core systems
- Pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provided by the company.

- Working hours of 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
- Maybe asked to use a company car for the purposes of travelling to and from remote sites

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Great customer services skills
- Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Office application knowledge
- Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge of servicing AV/IT equipment.
- Basic understanding of networking
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with a variety of IT equipment
- A full UK driving license (minimum 1 year), * Active Directory
