Job description

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Engineer Lead. The role seeks a technically skilled, analytical professional to lead the implementation, management, and validation of digital measurement systems across websites and apps. As part of the agency's Data team, this person will ensure reliable data collection to support advanced analysis and highly targeted marketing initiatives, working closely with clients and internal teams., * Define and implement tagging models aligned with measurement plans and client goals.

  • Manage and deploy tags and pixels using Google Tag Manager (including server-side).
  • Configure and validate tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Firebase, and related tools.
  • Integrate data into BigQuery or other datalake environments.
  • Extract, analyze, and transform data to generate insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality and troubleshoot tracking issues.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to translate requirements and lead end-to-end analytics projects.
  • Assess technical feasibility for new marketing tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Web Programming, or similar.
  • Current certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing and validating digital tracking.
  • Strong expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics, Data Layers, GTM, BigQuery, and JavaScript.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment), CRO, UX/UI tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to synthesize complex information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective collaborator with solid problem-solving abilities.

Language Requirements:

  • High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for effective international client communication.
