Job description
This is a high-impact, end-to-end creative role working closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager. You will steward the evolution of PHIX's visual identity across every touchpoint, ensuring our aesthetic remains elevated, consistent, and seasonally progressive.
We're looking for a deeply versatile creative, someone with a strong eye for photography and video, confident in video and photo editing, shaping visual narratives, and delivering refined video, graphic, and digital assets.
While AI isn't the core of the role, it is an important part of the future of modern content creation. We need someone who is fully aligned with that shift, someone curious, proactive, and excited to embrace new tools to enhance ideation, push creative boundaries, and expand what's possible for PHIX., Define the PHIX Visual Identity Lead the development and continual refinement of the digital brand guide, type, colour, composition, image direction, layouts, and the overall visual world of PHIX. Ensure cohesion and excellence across every channel.
Seasonal Concept Development Own the creative ideation process for campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and special projects. Produce polished, thoughtful concepts that feel contemporary, timeless, and unmistakably PHIX.
AI-Led Innovation Champion the use of AI as a creative accelerator. Research, test, and integrate advanced tools to enable new visual formats, streamline workflows, and inspire original digital-first content., * Video: Editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and polished execution for paid social, organic reels, and brand films (Adobe Premiere essential).
- Graphics: Campaign visuals, web assets, lookbooks, paid ads, typography layouts, and digital design (Photoshop/Illustrator essential).
- Photography Direction: Ability to shape lighting, composition, and retouching direction to maintain a refined and consistent visual signature.
Creative & Commercial Alignment Partner with the Founder and Marketing Manager to ensure all creative output supports brand positioning, commercial objectives, and performance marketing strategy.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video editing?, A Sophisticated Visual Storyteller Strong command of visual identity, composition, typography, and refined brand storytelling.
A True Multi-Disciplinary Creative Expert-level ability across video, graphics, and digital design. You should be equally comfortable crafting a cinematic paid ad, designing a campaign key visual, or developing a cohesive visual direction for a seasonal drop.
Experience in Direction & Execution The ability to define an artistic vision and deliver it with precision, from concept to final asset.
