Job description
You'll manage interoperability projects from initial engagement through assurance completion, driving progress to meet deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed. This includes planning and delivering GPIT Futures Pairing Assurance projects, supporting NHS England with qualification processes, and producing clear documentation. Acting as the assurance lead, you'll coordinate partner communications, provide technical support, and facilitate access to test environments. You'll also contribute to Optum's interoperability strategy, ensure efficient use of interfaces, and uphold clinical, IG, and security standards to protect patients and maintain brand integrity., * Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling
- Support resolution of any delivery issues promptly
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience
Who You'll Be:
We're looking for someone with solid planning and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. You'll bring experience in managing stakeholder communications, delivering results under tight deadlines, and working within formal project management frameworks. A technical understanding of interoperability solutions and awareness of clinical safety and IG compliance will help you succeed in this role.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proven awareness of clinical safety and IG compliance
- Demonstrated Technical understanding of standard interfaces (experience with XML, HTML advantageous)
- Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and competing priorities
