Job description

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant

who will provide day to day support to the organisations end users.

The role involves : Maintains

inventory management of all IT hardware, software and software

licenses.

Installs, configures, upgrades,

maintains and supports desktops, laptops, mobile devices and

peripherals such as printers.

Installs and

configures application and operating system software and

upgrades.

Identifies hardware and software

problems and contributes to their resolution, providing appropriate

information to specialists, users and managers.

  • Diagnose and repair hardware faults.

Contributes to the planning and implementation of

maintenance and installation work at a level appropriate to this

role.

Requirements

The successful candidate will

have experience of working in an IT support environment and have

strong administrative skills and hold a COMPTIA A+ qualification.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of supporting both Android

and iOS operating systems and experience using remote access

software tools. A driving licence and access to own vehicle is

essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
