Job description
As a CRM Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation, optimisation, and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, smooth workflows, and reliable reporting across the organisation. You will play a key role across the business, collaborating with teams company-wide to ensure our CRM processes remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with our growth goals.

You will:
- Support the administration of our HubSpot CRM, including, property management, list creation, and workflow updates
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, clean-up initiatives, and data hygiene checks
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health
- Test, maintain, and optimise AI tools and agents to support CRM processes and business operations
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and best-practice guidelines
- Support the implementation of new features, small automations, and improvements to existing CRM processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure CRM processes reflect business needs
- Monitor CRM usage across teams and support training efforts to improve adoption and consistency
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * At least 1-2 years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiar with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- An excellent communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about CRM management and process optimisation
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for basic data analysis
- A problem-solver with a willingness to dig into issues and support continuous improvement
