Job description
This role will provide second line ICT support, working with members of the ICT Department and its users, ensuring that business and operational requirements are always met. This will include face to face support, roll out of new hardware and managing some systems including exams. At times the role may also aid with software development projects supporting the ICT Developer, Business Intelligence, and the Digital Team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Computing qualification or Level 3 with substantive relevant experience. You will understand network systems such as servers, switches operating systems and protocols and have some experience of coding with VB, VB.NET, HTML or C#. You will be expected to be able to work some evenings on a rota basis as evening support is required until 8pm.
