Junior IT Support Engineer

• Monitor, maintain, and support all PCG hardware, software and peripherals
• Resolve IT related faults, as part of the IT team
• Lead and contribute towards IT Departmental projects
• Support systems on all Product Care Group Sites, by a mix of on-site and remote working, plus occasional visits to remote company locations

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a GCSE?, As our Junior IT Support Engineer you will provide technical support for users of the Product Care Groups IT systems. The successful IT Support Engineer will need to be friendly and approachable with, excellent time management and prioritisation skills., Our ideal Junior IT Support Engineer will have the following skills and experience;

• GCSE's - 5 (English and Maths A-C grade included)
• Relevant IT qualification
• An understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
• Experience operating Microsoft Windows 10 & 11
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Passion for technology
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Works well in a Team
• Highly organised with ability to multi-task

The following skills / knowledge are also desirable;

• IT Certifications (desirable) such as Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP
• MacOS knowledge
• Mobile device support iOS and Android
