Role Overview We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace Specialist to design and configure CSW solutions aligned with business requirements and Microsoft best practices. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance Customer Service Workspace in Dynamics 365. Implement Channel Integration Framework (CIF) . Use Copilot for Service for AI-assisted scenarios. Develop and maintain JavaScript customizations. Implement monitoring with Microsoft APM SDK . Produce documentation and support deployments/UAT. Collaborate in Agile teams and coordinate work in Jira
Requirements
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CSW preferred). Knowledge of Copilot Service Workspace. Hands-on implementation of CIF . Strong JavaScript skills. Familiarity with the Microsoft APM SDK . Based in Spain; hybrid availability if residing in listed cities. Spanish C1 and English B2+. We are looking for both junior and senior roles so if you have experience with Dynamics, feel free to apply. Nice to Have TypeScript. Omnichannel, testing, or performance/security experience in D365.
