Tasks

• Ensure system operations and administration, monitoring clients and servers.
• Support user account management and documentation updates.
• Assist in ICT projects and provide 1st and 2nd level support., * Ensuring system operation and administration as well as monitoring and maintenance (clients, servers, MDM, VoIP, etc.) in cooperation with the Central IT (ZI) of UZH
• You support the management of user accounts
• Creation and updating of installation, user, and operator documentation
• Procurement of software & hardware
• Installation, operation, and maintenance of clinic-specific HW & SW
• Participation in ICT projects
• Support of 1st and 2nd level support on site

• Must have completed an IT apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Strong team and communication skills with users.
• Excellent German and good English proficiency required., * Basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience as an ICT system administrator or ICT supporter, ideally in a clinical environment (veterinary / human medicine)
• Strong team and communication skills as well as enjoyment in contact with demanding users and their consultation
• Service-oriented thinking and acting
• High social competence, reliability, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
