Network Operations Analyst

• Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure within a busy NOC environment.
• Troubleshoot network incidents, escalate where necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
• Work extensively with Fortinet/Fortigate technologies-handling configurations, updates, policy changes, and general firewall administration.
• Support wider operational teams with network-related issues and provide clear technical guidance.
• Produce accurate documentation, incident reports, and change records.

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Centre Engineer with hands-on experience working with Fortinet/Fortigate firewalls to join our growing team. This position is fully office-based, so applicants must be located in or around the Bromley area or be able to commute reliably., * Proven experience in a NOC, network engineering, or similar support environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Fortinet/Fortigate firewalls (configuration, troubleshooting, and best-practice security principles).
• Familiarity with routing, switching, VPN technologies, and network monitoring tools.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
• Strong communication and organisational capabilities.
