For our Client in Network Technology in Switzerland -Lausanne area- we are looking for a IT CRM Solution Architect for a new team to define end-to-end offer to cash products for B2B needs Your Mission: We seek a detail-oriented IT Solutions Architect to join our team, focusing on designing and implementing CRM solutions for our B2B offerings. This role involves understanding end-to-end processes, evaluating existing systems, and developing scalable, secure CRM solutions aligned with business goals. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to ensure technology solutions meet performance standards. Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements for efficient IT solutions design.
- Develop architectural designs and integration plans.
- Assess feasibility and provide recommendations.
- Align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with various IT professionals for cohesive implementation.
- Design scalable solutions for future growth.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure developer compliance with architectural guidelines.
- Act as Agile product owner, conducting sprint planning and prioritization.
- Manage IT releases and oversee integration and testing.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement security measures and best practices.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level IT architectures.
- Expertise in CRM solutions, preferably MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proficient in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, security, and databases.
- Skilled in architecture modeling tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with internet service providers.
- Familiarity with LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPBX, and cloud-based architectures.
- Hands-on mentality with end-to-end process understanding.
- Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Fluency in English required; French and German are advantageous.
