SAP HCM Application Support 80-100%

• Analysis and recording of the requirements of the HR departments as well as derivation of suitable solutions
• Consulting, adaptation and further development of the SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) as well as other HR applications such as SuccessFactors, SAP Concur or UKA Solution, including the creation of professional and technical concepts as well as system and process documentation
• Support in the introduction of new processes, functions and technologies (e.g. Fiori, ESS/MSS) and training of key users as well as end users
• Participation in HR system projects from conception to go-live, including system and integration tests as well as error analysis
• Ensuring the professional correct implementation of HR processes, quality assurance of system configurations and continuous optimization of the HR system landscape in close cooperation with HR, IT and external partners

• Degree in business informatics, HR management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP HCM and HR processes.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, ability to work in teams., * Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, human resource management, computer science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in SAP HCM and HR processes, including implementation, process optimization and user support
• Solid expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) and other HR applications
• Experience in project work and methodological knowledge, ideally agile (e.g. SAFe), as well as technical understanding of HR system landscapes
• Strong consulting and communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as confident appearance towards departments and key users
