More about the role:
- Define, manage, and execute a 3-5 year roadmap covering systems consolidation, payroll harmonization, SuccessFactors expansion, analytics, and AI adoption with a major focus on end-user satisfaction and experience.
- Consolidate fragmented HR systems into a unified platform (SAP), ensuring seamless data flow across recruitment, payroll, learning, and analytics.
- Lead rollout and integration of Compensation, Talent Management, and LMS modules globally in SuccessFactors.
- Pilot and scale AI-driven solutions (e.g., predictive attrition, chatbots, skills intelligence, digital onboarding).
- Enable a skills-based workforce marketplace, enabling internal mobility and strategic workforce planning.
- Eliminate manual reporting through automation; implement global KPI frameworks and Power BI dashboards.
- Deploy a workforce planning tool that integrates quantitative (FTE/costs) and qualitative (skills/succession) planning into business cycles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the HRIS space with a minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience in a complex, global, and customer-facing business (industrial, retail, healthcare, consumer, etc.).
- Track record of designing and executing a large-scale HRIS transformation in line with business strategy (innovation, transformation, and change management).
- Deep experience in various SAP/SuccessFactors modules, ServiceNow (SNOW), integration, M&A, and change management, ideally across multiple business models (e.g., wholesale + retail).
- Demonstrated ability to build and coach high-performing teams across different geographies.
- Comfortable with contemporary digital HR tools, experience with leveraging data and people analytics to drive decisions and influence leaders.
- High learning agility (e.g. AI trends, developments, and opportunities), resilience, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to simplify complexity, create clarity, and propose solutions.
