Job description
- Define test strategy ( risk-based ), test concepts , and test cases for all test levels
- Coordinate various stakeholders (Business and IT)
- Create test plans and reports ; provide regular status reports to management
- Review test cases before and after execution regarding quality and internal standards
- Manage defects in collaboration with responsible parties
- Act as Process Expert and Application Manager for the testing tool landscape (JIRA, qTest , Vera, SolMan ): maintain requirements , improve processes for efficiency and new releases , drive changes
- Identify , assess , and mitigate quality risks ; ensure domain- specific requirements (e.g., regulatory compliance , audit trail ), * Personal and Professional Development: Mentoring, leadership programs, Talent Talks, internal seminar offerings

Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in test management within complex IT landscapes
- Knowledge of V-Model, GAMP5, GxP , CSV is an advantage
- Clear and target-group-oriented communication
- Experience in coordinating software lifecycle processes (planning, testing, deployment) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, operations, business)
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
