Our client, a renowned company from the mechanical and plant engineering industry, is looking for you as an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement

- You manage all information on end-user problems in the ticket system and in the knowledge base
- Last but not least, you assist with IT projects and, if necessary, take over their independently manage them
Requirements
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or have comparable professional experience in IT support
- You also have at least four years of experience in an ITsupport role and have good knowledge of PCs (including servers) and their operating systems (Microsoft)
- You have solid knowledge of Office 365 as well as printer and scanner management
- Ideally, you have experience with databases and interfaces
- You also speak very good German; Knowledge of English is an advantage
- You communicate clearly and reliably, work conscientiously and are quality-conscious
- You deal with user problems in a solution-oriented manner
