Your Goal: You own, develop, and continuously optimize the PRO loyalty product as an internationally scalable, data-driven solution to increase customer retention and share of wallet across all countries and channels. \n\n\nDeine Aufgaben\n\n

  • Product Vision: Definition and communication of the product vision and roadmap for the PRO loyalty product, aligned with the PRO strategy and international rollout plans
  • Backlog Management: Collection, structuring, and prioritization of business, country, and technical requirements into a transparent product backlog consisting of epics and user stories
  • Loyalty Framework: Design, documentation, and maintenance of the central loyalty framework, including tiers and benefits, ensuring correct configuration across all features
  • Tech Delivery: Close collaboration with internal IT/CRM teams and external partners to plan sprints, refine stories, and secure stable product operations
  • International Rollout: Support for countries during setup and rollout by providing playbooks and templates to ensure alignment within the central framework
  • Data Insights: Definition of loyalty KPIs and reporting requirements to review performance and feed learnings back into the product backlog
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the central contact for PRO Development, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and international country leads on all loyalty topics

  • Loyalty Expertise: Experience in loyalty, CRM, or customer lifecycle management, combined with initial experience as a Product Owner or in a similar requirements-focused role
  • Agile Affinity: Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and a strong ability to work with IT teams to understand system constraints
  • Analytical Strength: High affinity for data and KPIs along with the ability to design clear frameworks, rules, and customer journeys
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills in an international context and very good English language skills
