- Architect, design and deliver core components of the Demo data and platform stack.
- Lead technical discussions, set engineering standards, and support team coding practices.
- Drive design and implementation of testing strategies including automated test suites.
- Diagnose and solve complex performance issues and reliability problems.
- Promote an iterative agile mindset and mentor engineers.

Requirements
- Senior level software engineer with extensive back end engineering experience.
- Strong experience with system level programming; knowledge of Rust is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling such as Jenkins, Docker, Ansible and AWS is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and modern cloud architectures.
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a strong team culture.
