Lead Senior Data Engineer Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) This role will report into the CPTO and will require working closely with the CEO and Heads of various Business functions. As the Lead (Sr.) Data Engineer you will own the overall Data roadmap including the development, implementation, evolution and sustenance of Analytical Platform and Data Products. This role will involve close collaboration with various business teams to understand the business needs and iterate on the data products. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where youll influence technical direction for the data products. This role will also involve mentoring, guiding and influencing the data engineering team.Key Responsibilities: Own the technical strategy for Data Products and lead the evolution effort Design and develop reliable data pipelines for real-time and batch data ingestion from diverse sources of data (both internal systems and from external sources) Collaborate with Business and Functional teams for data

modelling and evolve the storage strategy Collaborate with external partners and customers for evolving effective data products and data APIs Champion best practices like CI/CD, automated testing, data governance and agility Collaborate with platform engineers and data scientists to be able to build and run reliable ML models Mentor, influence and provide timely feedback to the data engineers and analysts to not only develop reliable data products but also improve technically. Company belongs to the Fintech environment Technical and hands-on Lead (Sr.) Data Engineer. A successful Lead (Sr.) Data Engineer should have: Demonstrated experience as a Head of Data or Principal / Lead Data Engineer in complex enterprise environments. Team leadership skills Demonstrated experience in leading BI Analytical systems / products. Strong hands on skills with Python, DBT (Data Buid Tool), Apache Spark , Airflow and Terraform. Exposure to AI/ML models. Good understanding of data architecture like Data Lake, Data Warehouse and Data Mart. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform services like S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Step functions etc. General knowledge of financial and accounting principles and/or experience working with platforms providing financial services, is a plus.
