Join our dynamic Life Science ERP Program as a Supply Chain Solution Expert and be at the forefront of transforming our planning landscape. In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the IT Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning, playing a key role in the preparation and deployment of cutting-edge supply chain application solutions utilizing SAP S/4 (PP, PP/DS, AATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS). Your collaboration with Business Process Experts and Data Experts will be essential as part of our multi-year SAP S/4 program, where you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. With your expertise in Supply Chain SAP ERP and APS functionality, particularly in the Life Sciences industry, you will identify improvement areas, develop innovative designs, and implement high-quality solutions. • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning processes or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) and Advanced Planning Systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
• Proven track record in managing solutions and implementations within multi-systems ERP/APS landscapes.
• Experience in leading small teams and utilizing change control methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to support the strategic design and development of ERP template solutions.
