IT Production Engineer - Scheduling / File Transfer / Monitoring (80-100%)

As part of the modernization of our IT platform and the adoption of new technologies, we are looking for a junior production engineer eager to learn and grow in areas such as Cloud, DevOps, and AI-driven automation. You will join a dynamic team of 7 engineers within the IT Operations department and contribute to the evolution of our production environment. The team is responsible for Scheduling, File Transfer and Monitoring inside IT Delivery Team, * Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on-premise and Cloud).

• Implement and automate workflows using DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, scripting).
• Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices.
• Contribute to AI-based initiatives for predictive monitoring and process optimization.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams.
• Document processes and propose improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Internal Contacts: Production team (Product-Support, Exploitation), Integration team, Infrastructure teams (Databases, Systems, Networks), Development teams, Service Management teams (Incidents and Problems)
• External Contacts: Cloud service providers, Technology partners, and vendors, * Cloud: Azure

• Automation & Scripting: Opcon, GoAnyhere, Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow Event Management
• AI & Analytics: APIs for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection tools
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Zero to 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.
• Good analytical skills, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
